Clean and tidy in a quiet-ish residential area. Very safe. Easy parking.

There were 4 ladies partying Julie, Carol, Mrs Robinson and Abbie - all were trim and attractive. 2 more girls were meant to be there but never made it - I won't name them, but other reviews may choose to!

This was the 2nd time I have been to one of Julie's parties, and I would certainly return again. Attendees are asked to arrive up to an hour before (so after 1pm in this case) to relax, socialise and have a drink with fellow party-goers and the ladies (as well as the host/barman/co-chef - Andy - who does a great job) which is a great way to break the ice, before the action starts! Unfortunately due to there meant to be 6 ladies present and only 4 made it, it started off being rather busy. However patience is a virtue and these 4 ladies performed their magic to everyone's satisfaction whilst I was there. I left at 4pm (the official end time) as I had to miss the traffic, but everything was still in full swing, so the team are certainly not clock watchers! In fact last time I left at least 40 minutes late!

I will definitely be back - in fact I put my name down when I left!
