Bedsit in very large house. Ok, area busy but felt anonymous and safe.

The Story
My first overnight (and only my third punt) and was a not to be repeated experience.
The agency made the appointment quickly and easily sending me the address by text, so far so good.
On arrival, the room was dark but appeared clean, if uncared for. Bella was stunning - take your breath away gorgeous, and she asked what I wanted from the stay. Looking good !!
Unfortunately it all went downhill from there.
I handed over the money and was then given a list of dos and donts some of which contradicted the agency, e.g. the time spent was to be 8hrs, the agency had said 10hrs. The room was totally unsuitable for an overnight stay, not even a quilt/blanket or pillows was provided.
The sex was mechanical and Bella was unenthusiastic in her responses, we could not make any noise because of the neighbours ! Bella was obsessed with hygiene, OK aren't we all, but asking me to take three showers in 4hrs ?!
All in all a disastrous punt.
