Opposite Wanstead "flats" (a park). During daytime area was fine. No idea what it's like at night though.
As regards the house, well...could do with a clean, redecoration and chucking all the furniture out and burning it.
Abandoned old mattress amongst the weeds in back garden. Don't look too close. Don't touch the "menu" folder though - has some worrying stains on it. Maid was nice though!

I can only agree with previous reports. Diane is enthusiastic and horny. We had a good laugh - I don't think I've laughed quite so much during a "punt" (dread word!), and I enjoyed my visit. I asked her where she's from, and she laughed and said "China!" to me too. (She told me in the end though).
