A pleasant greeting on arrival and clearly I was expected.
Shown to the room, with it's own en suite shower, all of which was spotlessly clean, tidy and comfortable.
Jess came in and greeted me by name, asked if it was my first visit, it was, so then gave me a comprehensive briefing of what was going to happen.
