The location is a bit far for me, just outside Croydon in Sutton, a great house to host parties, I was totally impressed upon arrival, mad house with so much space and many many rooms setup for sex and bondage too.

Ground floor had one room with a Maltese cross facing a bed with a double mirror room so you can watch from the living room full of leather sofas and a big window facing a massive back garden. The other room was a dungeon type, had a cage, a big seat with a leg spreader, and all you need types of whip lashes and such. I am not familiar with the bondage scene and have no experience with it so that’s something I am looking to explore. A big enough kitchen and many other rooms, some of them were locked.

Upstairs is where all the action is, a massive room with two double beds more like a room for the hareems where the Sultan spends his time with his 4 wives. Three other spacious rooms well lit with double beds and two big modern showers.

Fresh towels, shampos and all were provided, some snacks too, and refreshments.

The problem with the price and the choice of girls that were booked is that it Attracts so many people in but only one girl (Melody) that was really worth seeing, I will say it again, Melody is what this party is about. The result is a massive quee for this girl. Summary: I really hate covered oral, so I am unlikely to return despite the price tag.

I like John the party host, I can tell he is genuine, and really wants to create great parties as he has been doing for 20 years since he used to go himself, but Oral with a condemn and bad ratios is not great value, I much prefer the Phoenix in this case.
