Clean, tidy, small room but perfectible suitable. Shower has a mind of its own. Good area (when I found it!)

After a monumental cock-up involving my satnav I arrived 20 minutes late. (Milton Keynes is a bit like that!.)
The lady who met me at the door was a bit "pissed off". I apologise to her but it was foggy, and I too was in a bit of a state having rushed from where I was to where I should have been in not many minutes.
Penny arrived and her demeanour and professionalism shone through and she got on with the job in hand soon forgetting my late arrival. Only to get on with the job in hand at the end of the session!
She is lovely and it took me almost all of the session to calm down. Stressed I was!
