Modern flat in the town centre off North Street so a safe area. I used a nearby multistorey car park. The flat was clean but basically furnished so I guess it's just a place of business and no one actually lives there. The hallways and stairs had a strange institutional feel about them as though I was in a hospital or other public building. A partly opend door revealed a void which I suppose was meant to be a lift shaft. Did the developer run out of money I wonder?
