As always with House of Divine, the flat is first class and the lady who greets you at the door is polite and professional -- taking me right to the room and asking if I wanted something to drink. Then, when Katie arrived, she even asked if I wanted to be together with her in a room that was warmer, as it was very cold in London that day.
