Sam's place is in a nice outer Birmingham suburb near Sutton Coldfield. The house is clean and spacious with safe parking on a quiet road. The house itself is a large detached house. I have visited a number of times and feel extremely safe. Major plus point - lovely clean handy en-suite bathroom with shower.
