Flat in the Paddington area. Impossible to park around here in the daytime but in the after hours its not too bad. The flat itself is in the midst of hotels so quite anonymous.
However I have had a rather strange experience here many years ago and knew then that the flat was owned or rented by East European gangsters.
Don?t know if its now owned by new people.
