I think what everyone else says about HoD sums things up pefectly.

Greeted by friendly receptionist who told me a double booking had been made and that Nikki would be a bit late. Was shown into a room.

Will be visiting again soon, and its a toss up (as the actress said to the bishop) between Juliet and Maria.
