Back alley to small 1 bed flat, place was a total mess inside

Skinny late 20's, face and ass were covered in spots, looks like she just woke up.

I've seen Nadia before and the visit was fine, as i could not get hold of anyone else i gave her a try again, I was armed with fifty quid for the full service but when she opened the door i slipped twenty back in my pocket as she looked terrible. Should have walked away but you know what its like!. Anyhow she went straight into kissing me and i was repulsed by the huge zits all over her face, then she dropped down to my old fella and gave about 30 seconds off decent oral before she grabbed a condom, she told me i had to go on top as she had a bad leg, so there I am humping away looking down at her face, I could not get turned on at all. Fianlly i took her doggie and managed to shoot my load. Maybe it was a bad day for her but I think shes got a drug problem, there were needle marks on her arms and also on her legs (i could see them thru the stockings)HOpefully she can get back on track.
