The Story
Rang her up at around 2PM to make a booking for 3:30pm, yesterday afternoon. We discuss avaliability on the phone and she confirms the booking for 3:30pm, and I ask her to send me the location. A few minutes later I get a text through with the postcode and I make my way over.
After arriving at the area I send her a text to let her know I'm here and she ignores it. Several minutes go by and I decide to give her a call. She answers with a strong attitude asking what I'm doing here, I told here i was here for the booking she agreed to and sent me the postcode for. She rudely claims that sending the postcode does not confirm anything, despite confirming on the phone with me that we had booked for 3:30PM just over an hour prior. I thought she might have confused me with someone else so I tried to explain to her, however she was rude and temperemental on the phone so I hung up and decided she's not worth my money or time.
I'm still not sure what happened here, maybe she booked another client for longer, or she forgot about my booking or is working back to back. The aggressive attitude and terrible communications means she's absolutely one to avoid. She could have sent a text to cancel but instead wastes my time and gets confrontational.
