The location is a ground floor flat on a busy street, so feels private as you ring the doorbell. The door opens directly into the flat, which is like a five star hotel. The room is well decorated, nice furniture (including the bed) and an ensuite bathroom with fresh towels. The shower is fine, and had 'Brazilian Fusion' shower gel. When I arrived, I was offered water or orange juice, which was delivered right away.
