After recent police raids, Stoke has lost a couple of parlours, Academy and Cherry's Lounge (formerly Tammy's). So it is a relief to see that Adele's has reopened its doors after being closed for some time. The place had had a refurbishment, and is warm and clean. Unfortunately, the opportunity to create two spacious en-suite rooms was missed; so there are still just two pokey windowless rooms (with a third pokey room awaiting renovation). The manageress was welcoming and anxious to please.
